Global Financial Aid Services, Inc. provides back office financial aid administration and financial aid software to colleges and universities.

Global Financial Aid Services, Inc. was founded in 1996 by leaders in financial aid administration. Starting with one school, the company has grown to manage over 380 campuses disbursing over $3.0 billion in financial aid annually.

Global is a long-term operating partner that shares risk with each client. We are not a software company, nor are we a consulting company; however, we have significant capabilities in both areas. Each client has unique characteristics. To determine the appropriate solution, Global first seeks to understand your goals and current environment. We then determine the best service or combination of services to meet your strategic priorities. A proposal is then delivered with a draft scope of work, timelines and pricing.

During the sales process a Solution Architect is assigned to customize our services to best meet the client's needs. A Project Manager is then assigned to manage the program. After implementation, management is provided by a Client Services Director who manages changes, client satisfaction and reporting.
