The University of Mississippi selects Global Financial Aid Services, Inc. for Call Center Services
GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI - September 24, 2007 -- Global Financial Aid Services, Inc.®, a leading provider of contact center and financial aid administration services for Colleges and Universities, announced today that the University of Mississippi has signed a contract to assist students calling the University. Global has deployed the CampusConnectsm service to answer Financial Aid and Bursar questions from students and parents. Global complements the University of Mississippi teams who are able to focus on campus counseling and escalated issues.
