Jackson State University selects Global Financial Aid Services, Inc. for Bursar and Financial Aid Contact Center
GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI - October 3, 2007 -- Global Financial Aid Services, Inc.(R), a leading provider of contact center and financial aid administration services for Colleges and Universities, announced today that Jackson State University has signed a contract to assist prospective and enrolled students and parents with Financial Aid and Bursar related questions. Global has deployed the CampusConnect(SM) call center service to support the Jackson State team who will have an expanded capability to best serve students.
