CARS also provides admission and retention solutions for the post-secondary education sector utilizing people, best practice processes and technology built specifically for higher education. The CARS lead qualification solution helps college admission staff focus only on qualified applicants. With the retention solution, CARS takes data from the College Student Information System, analyzes data to determine at-risk students, contacts those students with specially trained Student Success Advisors who utilize a Retention CRM system, and allows faculty and staff access to escalated issues via the CARS administrative portal.
